SPORTS NUTRITION FOR PEAK PERFORMANCE
It's finally here and we couldn't be more excited about this NEW workshop hosted by our very own Veronica Yoo on June 23rd! In this 4 hour workshop, Veronica will cover the 4 pilars of peak performance: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery. You will learn how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals, the purpose of vitamins/minerals/hydration, the importance of fueling with proper nutrients for different exercise intensities, now nutrition effects metabolism and hormones, genetic factors and much much more.
