Red Beet Shrimp Salad is an excellent source of potassium.
Potassium is very important for a healthy nervous system and a regular heart rhythm. It aids in muscle contraction and controls water balance in the body. It is a major MINERAL for balancing hormones, because potassium is needed for hormone secretion. Potasssium also helps maintain blood pressure and control blood sugar levels.

  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp 
  • 1 cup Cooked Red Beet 
  • 1 fresh Avocado 
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • cilantro ( for garnish)

By adding this fermented soybean dressing, it helps to improve your digestive system and immune function.

  • 1 cup olive oil 
  • 4 tbsp white or brown miso paste
  • 1/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup organic raw honey 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
  • 1 lime 
  • 1 inch ginger root 


  1. In the blender, add dressing ingredients and blend it until smoothie.
  2. Set the dressing on the side.
  3. Diced red beets, tomatoes, avocado, and shrimps
  4. Combine 3-4 tbsp of dressing and chopped vegetables in a bowl and mix well. 
  5. Garnish with finely chopped cilantros.
