Green Banana Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

Dark chocolate Protein BallsGreen Banana  Dark Chocolate Protein Balls 

Is a perfect Pre & Post workout snack that replenishes your muscle glycogen with quality sources of macronutrients (PFC)  and micronutrients (MVP). We lose minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium during and after workout.

Adding a nutrient - dense snack from the quality source of food is crucial to fast recovery and improve your performance. 


  • 1 Cup of Organic Green banana flour
  • 2 Scoops of Organic Protein powder ( vegan or blend of whey & isolate)
  • 3/4 Cup of Organic Swerve 
  • 1/2 Cup of Organic Dark chocolate chips ( over 70%) 
  • 1/2 Cup of Organic Ghee ( or coconut oil) 
  • 1/4 Cup of Organic Pumpkin seeds ( or crushed walnut) 
  • 2 Tbsp. Organic Applesauce ( or pureed fresh apple)
  • 2 Tbsp. Filtered Water 
  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Cashew nut butter ( or almond butter) 
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon 
  • Pinch of sea salt 


  1. Knead dry ingredients; Green banana flour, protein powder, swerve, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, sea salt in a large bowl. 
  2. Knead wet ingredients: Ghee, applesauce, water, and nut butter in a small bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 
  4. Prepare 9x9 square baking pan or glass container. 
  5. Use a small ice cream scoop ( = 2 tablespoons ) to roll dough into bite size of balls. ( make 20 balls) 
  6. Place balls in the baking pan
  7. Store in airtight container and keep in a refrigerator (or freezer).
