A sandwich or a wrap is the simplest way to fix your lunch, but if you are on a Ketogenic Diet, mostly you avoid your favourite bread, pasta, cereal including tortillas. Instead avoid altogether why not wrap with delicious Keto tortillas. 

Cook time: 5 minutes, 2 tortillas 

Keto tortillas Ingredients: 



Parchment paper 

9X13 inch  baking pan

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F 
  2. In a blender, add eggs, egg white then blend until smooth 
  3. Add cream cheese in a blender and blend it for 30 seconds 
  4. In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients –  coconut flour, psyllium husk, pink salt 
  5. Add an half dry ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth 
  6. Add the remaining dry ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth 
  7. Pour mixture batter (300 ml) into a measuring cup and sit aside
  8. Cover a baking pan with parchment paper 
  9. Pour 150 ml batter onto the pan and spread it with a spatula and repeat for the remaining batter. 
  10. Bake for 5 minutes 
  11. Take tortillas out of the oven 
  12. Flip the parchment paper then pill off the paper on tortillas
  13. Keep it in a fridge
